Norfund\u2019s Whistleblowing channel service makes it possible for all permanent and temporary employees in Norfund, Norfund\u2019s business partners and other stakeholders to report cases involving actual, perceived or alleged violations of Norfund\u2019s Code of Conduct, its Governance Framework, or applicable laws and regulations within Norfund and Norfund\u2019s 海角原创海角视频. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examples of matters to report include suspicion of financial irregularities such as fraud, money laundering and corruption, harassment, discrimination and violation of human rights and environmental regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have any concerns that Norfund should be informed about, these can be reported through Norfund\u2019s external reporting channel, managed by the investigation unit in Ernst & Young AS (EY). EY acts as an independent external recipient, conducts an initial assessment of the reported matters, and prepares a report that is then forwarded to Norfund\u2019s internal whistleblowing responsible. Norfund is thereafter responsible for evaluating and following up on the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of Norfund\u2019s external whistleblowing channel is to promote and strengthen a culture of openness and transparency, by making it easy and safe to report on matters which due to the nature of the concern are not appropriate or desirable to report through normal reporting lines. The electronic reporting form allows for anonymous web-based reporting \u2014 <\/em>you can decide to remain anonymous or not. Reports are treated confidentially, and Norfund does not tolerate retaliation against Norfund Representatives who report in good faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
